Effective July 15th, Edda Rettinger will assume the role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of our Group.

The term “360° People & Digital Centric Holistic HR” summarizes her nearly 20 years of HR and business experience in various industries (Automotive, IT & Telecommunication, Textile & Retail) at well-known Swiss and international companies.

In addition to the role of CHRO, Edda will join the company’s Group Management. This is a strategically important step for the Group, bringing the needs of employees closer to the strategic part of business management. At the same time, her entry further strengthens the number of women in key positions within the company: something the Group relies heavily on.
