Project

Alto Maipo project is located 50km South-East of the Chilean capital Santiago, in the highaltitude Maipo River basin and close to the Argentinean border where the high Andean peaks of up to 6,500m. The project consists of design, construction, operation and maintenance of two run-of-theriver hydroelectric plants, Las Lajas and Alfalfal II plants both in underground, with a total capacity of 532MW.
