Project

The NSIF project involves the design and construction of a new industrial building for train maintenance, including administrative spaces and logistics warehouses.

Key Data

• The building is divided into 4 main sections combined into a single volume, with a total of 850,000 m³ and 66,500 m² of gross floor area;
• Dimensions: 370 m in length, 170 m in width, and 24 m in height;
• Steel structure with reduced bulk and spans reaching up to 50 m in length;
• A portion of the building is dedicated to management and skills development, with offices, administration, procurement, and training rooms;
• Highly automated logistics with high localized loads on two levels and a distribution system using autonomous guided movers.

Building cost: CHF 285 Mln

Pini fee (100%): CHF 2.9 Mln
